How to work with me
I help nonprofit organizations maximize their fundraising operations and resources—strengthening systems, refining processes, optimizing CRM platforms, aligning fundraising budgets, and elevating materials. My approach is both strategic and practical: I focus not only on what needs improvement, but on capitalizing on each organization’s existing strengths to unlock greater impact.
I partner with leadership and development teams to build sustainable fundraising programs that grow revenue, deepen donor relationships, and strengthen internal capacity.
TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING
Working collaboratively with executive leadership and development staff, I create comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to your mission and goals. This includes annual giving programs, event and program sponsorship strategies, major gifts planning, and capital campaign development.
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
I provide customized training in fundraising best practices, helping teams build confidence, sharpen skills, and strengthen in-house fundraising capacity. My goal is to empower staff and board members with practical tools they can implement immediately.
OPERATIONS & INFRASTRUCTURE
Strong fundraising requires strong infrastructure. I assess and optimize systems, processes, CRM usage, fundraising budgets, and donor communications to ensure your organization is operating efficiently and effectively.
